Delivery processing time
All Buy Now orders are processed for delivery within 48 hours once payment is received. Oyato Pay Later order takes 3-5 days for delivery to allow us time to process the application for credit.
We also accommodate weekend deliveries if experiencing a high volume of orders. In situations where there is a delay to your delivery, we will communicate this information by text message, email or a notification message in our mobile app.
Delivery rates and delivery estimates
In order to meet our customer demands, we have teamed up with reliable local logistics companies to offer a fast delivery service (24-48hrs for buy now and 3-5 working days for Oyato Pay later). Our delivery rates vary depending on the size and destination location. All shipping costs are clearly displayed on checkout. In situations where there is a change in delivery prices, we will notify you.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your item is shipped, you will get a text message from us. A notification is also sent within the OYATO mobile app (please note that you need to enable notifications on your mobile device)
Customs, duties, and taxes
OYATO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
While we do our utmost best to make sure all our items are delivered in excellent condition OYATO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do not ship internationally at present.
Returns Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the day it is received. To be eligible for a return your item must be in unused condition and must be in its original packaging. You will also need to include the proof of purchase or receipt.
If your returns is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). For Buy Now Pay Later customers, your full first payment will be refunded. Delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of submission.
